„…We have become accustomed to CPS providing us with exact planning and realisation of our needs. After giving CPS the order to equip a system we developed with SMD, the team showed us the steps we needed to take.

The production run was planned. We were glad that CPS used its experience to even plan the necessary production hall, which included calculations on the power and pressurized air supply needs, as well as fitting the work environment with the necessary tools and ESD equipment.

In an informative presentation, we were provided with a clearly laid out documentation of the results including prices and schedules. We mutually determined what was needed for the realisation. The line was configured professionally at the CPS location followed by demonstration for our team. Employee training, both theoretical and practical, took place in Neuwied during a two-week period. While fully taking all legal and customs regulations into account, packaging and transport were fully organised and executed.

The CPS technicians installed and configured the line at our locations. The production process was then coordinated with CPS software and was even optimised. We mutually inspected and performed acceptance tests.

The CPS team is always available for us for consultation during production, help us with maintenance work, for improvements and repairs. One project from the planning stage to the ongoing production process.

We highly recommend the CPS team and have already submitted a follow-up order to CPS to optimise our existing THT production. …”
